As an Associate UX Designer, Hibato believes that design solutions should be grounded in human insights. Her approach to design is particularly influenced by semiotic methodologies.

Before joining AREA 17, Hibato worked as a semiotics consultant with start-ups. Through these experiences, she has witnessed the relevance and effectiveness of her academic background in solving design problems. Hibato holds a Master's degree in Semiotics and Strategy from the University of Limoges.

When not working, Hibato is passionate about the human experience and how it shapes our interactions with the world. She is fascinated by different cultures, the workings of the human mind, and the boundless creative potential of humanity. In her leisure time, she can be found watching a good movie with her cat on her lap.
